- On the other hand, this would successfully deter anyone who didn't feel
- sufficiently strongly about it to pursue an appeal. In my experience,
- stricter in-Kingdom standards work most (~75%) of the time if they are
- explained properly - which of course requires good communications between
- the senior and local heralds and submitters.
