  15. violations in the old law?

  20. Nope. The Board decision was to disallow the awarding of a Patent
  21. of Arms alone, without the concomitant award of a Peerage of some
  22. type.  This ruling was based strictly on Corpora, and not on
  23. Meridian Law.
