  20. Don't know about cars or mc's breakdown but in the USA it is 1.3 fatalities
  21. per 60 million miles driven.  In Latvia it is 25 per 60 million miles.  Latvia
  22. is the most dangerous place to drive and the US is tied with the Netherlands
  23. as the safest.
