  20. of motorcycle - automobile accidents result from poor conspicuity of
  21. motorcycles.

  23. So why on Earth would anyone *NOT* wear a neon orange vest with lime
  24. green reflective stripes.  If you are not wearing neon clothing at all,
  25. you must really be a complete and utter idiot!  In general I consider
  26. people riding without reflective stickers not to be a REAL biker.
