  18. This has been going on for years.  Lots of years.  I was 
  19. there in '74.  The Steam Packet Ferry company brought more
  20. bikes to the Isle of Mann than there were permant residents.
  21. Something like 10,000 of them lined up along the main drag
  22. of Douglas.

  24. I rode the circuit too on my Norton Interstate.  With Dunlop
  25. TT100 tires no less.  (First tires to do the ton on the Mountain)
  26. But beware, more racer wanabes have been killed during TT time
  27. than real racers!!  It is a fact.

  29. I don't mean to say that you should not go or ride the 36 mile
  30. loop, even at DoD nominal +.  I think every biker should do
  31. the TT at least once in their lives.  Just like riding the
  32. Dandnongs (sp?) East of Melbourne, Vic on a good Spanish 
  33. endro bike, or riding a big Hog to Stergis.
