  14. Actually a "Good Alternative" would be to force the govt
  15. to use your tax money in an efficient manner and remove
  16. all tolls. 
  17. The Govt here has a tendency to pass laws and then renege
  18. (on the promises of what they WON'T use them for)
  19. on them once they have the basics in place, just have a look
  20. at the gun laws here, social security numbers, and coming
  21. down the road is going to be DNA registration. If you believe
  22. they won't I have a real nice piece of real estate on the
  23. east river in new york city that has a revenue producing
  24. bridge on it for sale and will give a 50% discount for cash.
  25. Kinda like a major auto manufacturer whose "check engine"
  26. lite comes on around 50,000 miles so that when you take it
  27. into a dealer they can reset it, I always found it coincidental
  28. that the lite comes on around the time the emissions requir-
  29. ments expire and the fact that you brought it in for service
  30. is recorded into their data base. My son who is 7 feels that
  31. fingerprinting is ok and the teacher told him anyone who is
  32. against it must be hiding something.
