- Yes, the NPRM is out and NAR is readying a response. There are a few
- problems with the proposed rule, mainly with needing to notify the
- towers of airports within 5 miles of a rocket from 1 pound to 1500 grams
- in weight.

- The response by NAR counsel is on the order of 60 pages long, according
- to a few posts on CompuServe. What the NAR will do is ask us to write
- a letter saying: "I support what the NAR is saying in their response."
