  13. I don't know anything about RC cars, I'm only a flying modeler, wet type
  14. at that.  However, I do know that 29.695 MHZ is in the 10 meter amateur
  15. radio band and you must hold an FCC Amateur License to operate that 
  16. transmitter on that frequency.  If I remember right there are 10 meter
  17. repeaters on that frequency or thereabouts.  You probably aren't going
  18. to cause too much trouble there, but find a lot of trouble for yourself.
  19. I haven't listened on 10 meters for awhile now and I think the activity
  20. there is probably dropping due to the sun spot activity being on the down
  21. side of the 10 year cycle.
