- I have 7 electrified Peco switches on my N scale layout. I made matters
- worse by mounting the switch machines about 1/2" away from the switches,
- due to insufficient foresight. I have not encountered the problem you
- describe, though I expected to. The reason might be in the power supply:
- I use a capacitative discharge power supply for switch machines, which I built
- from plans in "Practical Electronic Projects for Model Railroaders", or
- something like that.
