- I am writing in regards to what a person said that Bruce Lee punched harder
- than most Heavy Weight Champions these days. I just totaly disagree that a
- 160 pound guy punches harder than a man 230+, c'mon be serious. Don't get me
- wrong I use to train 5 years ago, and I think martial arts is good protection.
- It does not mean it is the ultimate self defense. Boxers can punch to break
- bones. just like karate guys . Breaking boards and bricks do not mean nothing?
