  22.     I'll point out that commercial use is against the Acceptable Use Policy
  23. of PrepNET (the regional net for W. PA) as of 1990-1991. That may have changed
  24. by now, since many regional nets are trying to justify their continued
  25. existence by allowing commercial traffic.
