  16. I have five.  I bought them all at gun shows for $10 to $15.

  18. I retired one because several times it locked the slide open on the next to
  19. last round.  I consider that too unreliable and inconsistent.

  21. I have temporarily retired another because I broke the bottom plate by
  22. dropping it on the ground during a speed reload.  It was heavy with its
  23. sixteen remaining rounds and I'm sure that contributed.  It is important to
  24. realize that the plastic bottom plate is vulnerable to breakage from rough
  25. handling.  On the other hand, they work fine with no bottom plate at all.
  26. It's just rough on your hand  :-).

  28. I like the design because I feel that you can leave all 18 rounds in a
  29. magazine and not worry at all about spring fatigue.  It is just the stupid
  30. plastic parts!

  32. My experience is that the reliable ones are absolutely reliable and the
  33. others don't deserve to be trusted ( just like any magazine ).  This means
  34. they don't have a precise handle on manufacturing tolerances, and there is
  35. at least one design flaw.

  37. #From a political point of view, they are strong supporters!  I was on a tour
  38. there and at the time the magazine bans were being considered by the House
  39. of Representatives.  I mentioned to vice president Steve Chessnut that
  40. RamLine could make a bundle if the 7 round limitation went into effect.  He
  41. looked at me with disdain and said " But that is not the point, is it?"
