- OK, I'm an amateur gardener and I hate to see things go to waste.
- Here in northern New England we generate mega-quantities of wood-stove
- ashes. Are these of any horticultural value? Can I mix them with manure
- and spread them in Spring or am I better off letting them rest in
- hidden corners of my woods?
