- I got some carnations through mail order a couple of months ago. I planted
- them promptly in some nice soil. When planting, many looked kind of like
- greens that you leave in the fridge too long, kind of slimey. I called the
- seller after about a week, and they assured me that they'll be up in the
- Spring.
-
- Well, there are about three out of the several dozen plants now that appear
- to have any life left in them. My question: Am I due a refund?
-
- Pertinent info: Houston climate (and, actually, it's been pretty good
- growing weather lately), no bug problems.
-
- Thanks.
