- Every system proposed so far is 100% optional. How can that possibly be
- more restrictive? It actually allows people options they didn't have

- Thank you for pointing out this potential problem. Note that if everyone
- points out the potential problems BEFORE a system is in place, then
- there is not likely to be any complaining later since the system will
- be designed to fix the problems.
