  11. Do any of you QH people out there know the latest ruling on high white on
  12. QHs?  I do know that occasionally QHs do produce paint horses, otherwise
  13. known as 'crop-out' and can't be registered as QH.  However, a friend of
  14. mine has a filly who has white stockings all around all the way up to
  15. her hocks in back and knees in front, plus she has a wide cockeyed blaze
  16. that goes completely over the nostril on one side and around the mouth.
  17. It looks like a regular blaze that has slid sideways, in other words, she
  18. is bald faced but only on one side.  Does this disqualify her as a QH?
