  22. higher levels of unstable heavy metals, to add a little "sparkle"...
  23. Our city is in the process of adding some shallow wells (less than 200ft)
  24. to mix with the older deep wells, which have radium levels higher than
  25. the EPA allows.  When they're done, instead of 16gr hardness, we'll have
  26. 24...  Oh, well.
