  26. This amounts to nothing more than the American public subsidizing the
  27. timber industry.  The industry is ALREADY heavily subsidized because
  28. the Forest Service sells timber at below cost.

  30. It's time for the timber industry to survive or dissappear based on
  31. their own abilities to compete.  No more subsidies.
