- NY Times today also reports that the USCG has "backtracked" Coyote's porbable
- drift track to find its probable position on Oct. 27th, when the EPIRB signal
- wsa picked up. Their initial search pattern was pretty far off. The boat's
- present location makes sense, given its probable drift and the last reported
- position on Oct. 21st ( the place where Plant contacted a passing freighter).
