  11. Here's another urge to take the Red Cross CPR and first aid course.  I
  12. did it 3.5 years ago and just renewed it.  Both times most attendees
  13. were there because they "had to be" for a job or occupation.  Which is a
  14. real shame because the course is *great*.  Not only do you learn
  15. specific skills; you also learn a feeling of preparedness that (I hope)
  16. will keep you calm and effective in an emergency.
