- Here's another urge to take the Red Cross CPR and first aid course. I
- did it 3.5 years ago and just renewed it. Both times most attendees
- were there because they "had to be" for a job or occupation. Which is a
- real shame because the course is *great*. Not only do you learn
- specific skills; you also learn a feeling of preparedness that (I hope)
- will keep you calm and effective in an emergency.
