  18. Convicted felons are citizens, and there is no good reason they should not have
  19. all the rights of citizens.  Given the arrogance of govt agents, it cannot
  20. be assumed that a felon is or ever was a bad person.  (The Constitution
  21. unfortunately does not guarantee the right to vote.)

  23. Atheists, draft card burners, marijuana users, abortionists  and flag burners
  24. are also citizens. no matter what some clueless bozo in power thinks.
