- Did anyone mention 'The Lure of the Labrador Wild' by Dillon Wallace
- (new edition after 1905 original pub.) and 'A Woman's Way Through Unknown
- Labrador' by Mina Hubbard (only 1907 edition - still inprint but $73US).
- Both of these are about the failed Hubbard expedition of c1903 and
- Mina's c1906 trip to prove that her husband's idea (Goose Bay to Ungava Bay
- by canoe) was possible. An analysis of all of this was written more recently
- in 'Great Hearts' which is on my list for the winter.
