- I had to replace my battery over the weekend, and my fancy "theft-proof"
- radio is now unusable until I enter my secret code. I have the code,
- but apparently the instructions I have for entering it are wrong. I
- tried twice, and the thing locked me out. I don't want to randomly try
- things, because the radio will self-destruct on me. The procedure I
- followed starts by holding down the "REPEAT" and "SCAN" buttons for a
- couple of seconds until the word "SAFE" on the display is replaced by
- numbers "1000". After that I am lost as to how to set the numbers.
-
- Help! Please respond via e-mail, if possible. Thanks!
