- According to aviators, you want your oil to be warm enough (180 + ?) to
- cook out the moisture that is a byproduct of combustion. Failure to do
- so will contribute to acidity of the oil (combination of moisture with
- combustion byproducts ?). The only question is, how will lowering
- coolant temperature by 20f affect oil temperature ? Agree that this
- sounds like another area in which the factory probably got it right. There is
- no need to change for the sake of change.
