  12. I have a 1983 Chrysler Cordoba that is acting rather flaky in its headlight

  14. system. It works fine in warm weather. But when it gets cold, I first
  15. have to turn on the high beam before the low beams activate. Sometimes
  16. this doesn't work and I have to drive around for a few minutes first. The
  17. time I spend driving around is proportional to the coldness of the weather.
