  14. Well here in CT tinting driver/passanger windows is illegal, not so much
  15. for visability but so the police can see inside the car if it is pulled
  16. over. It is not well enforced but if it does happen, you could end up
  17. going to a testing station where they have a meter to measure the amout
  18. of tinting in the window.
