  13.     Anybody know how to fix a scratch across one
  14. of the glued-on bands of a rear-window defroster?  Are there
  15. known techniques or kits?  (I can speculate about a razor blade,
  16. foil, and glue, and I'm curious if anybody's been successful at it.)
