- I wondered this as well when I heard about Virginia's proposal ... I
- then began wondering if the state would refuse re-registration of vehicles
- of a certain or older age. They could do this if the buy-out proposal is
- not successful. Frightening thought for the collector who wants to drive
- to the shows.
