- I had similar problem with my Rotel 855. I happened to some particular discs.
- I opened the player up and found that it didn't clamp these discs in a proper
- position (the disc is warping while spinning). I found the springs that hold
- the clamp onto the disc were too stiff and unbalanced. The disc was clamped
- before it fell into proper position. To check this, hold up the clamp slightly
- so less pressure is placed on the disc. If the warping is gone, that's it.
- Slightly stretching the springs will solve the problem.
