  47. Not the majority.  Jeremy Brett, Rowan Atkinson, and most of the cut-off
  48. names are Brits (or close enough).  Also, although I agree that a Brit would
  49. be preferable, I really can't think of any reason why it should be a
  50. requirement.  After all, the Doctor *is* Gallifreyan.  If he can have an
  51. accent like Sylvester McCoy's, why can't he have an American accent?

  53. Oh, and one more thing...if anyone *does* suggest Stallone, Costner (WORST
  54. ACTOR ON THE PLANET), or Ah-nold, they will be net-shot out of hand.
