  29. I remember when we went through a phase where everyone here submitted their
  30. suggestion for someone to play The Doctor and other characters in the Big
  31. Budget Dr Who Movie.  Everyone suggested Alan Rickman as the Master.
  32. However, I think he would make a very interesting Doctor, somewhat of a
  33. darker, more mysterious Doctor.  Rickman has always played his villians
  34. with a sense of flair, humor, and winds up stealing the movie (Robin Hood,
  35. Die Hard, Quigly Down Under, etc.).  There were also those who thought
  36. Rowan Atkinson would make a good Doctor, again I'm the opposite, I see 
  37. him as Master (especially after Blackadder II)

  39. But, Hopkins would be terrific also.  Even better, Winona Ryder as companion!
  40. Cleese?  Hmmmm, with Polly and Manuel as companions? ;)
