- The First Law of Time is the general non-interference directive,
- which applies to all of history including someone's own and probably
- Gallifrey's as well. The Second Law of Time has never been specified
- in the series, nor have we heard a verbatim quote of the First Law,
- except we do know from "Three Doctors" that it covers meeting yourself
- (which changes your own history, not to mention the Blinovitch Limitation
- Effect if you haven't regenerated), and from "Trial" that it covers
- interference in other world's affairs (their histories).

- I don't think the Doctor is Rassilon and I would be disappointed if it
- turned out he were. However, I do believe it to be possible that he
- either has or will visit Gallifrey's past and mess things up a bit.
- Juicy plotlines can easily be thought up out of that one...
