- You know, if you look at the old Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies, a lot of
- the gags that you find were lifted from the classic comedies of the time. So
- what's your point? :)

- Seriously, if you take TTA *as a whole*, the series stands on its own two feet
- very well. The tributes and references are in there more or less to show
- the heritage the Tiny Toons have (not to mention, who are the teachers at
- Acme Loo? You got it, the Looney Tunes). There are quite a few ideas and
- concepts in the program that are all their own, though.

- As far as I can tell from my (realitively) short time on alt.tv.tiny-toon,
- no one there has ever said that TTA was completely seperate from the original
- LT/MM's. The show *is* its own entity, and avoids wholesale lifting from
- the classic WB 'toons, but a hommage here and there never hurts. :)

- I'd suggest watching TTA on a regular basis. You'll see what I mean.
