  22. my god, he's still at it.  i knew this guy years ago when he was selling
  23. pirate doctor who videos.  apart from the fact that most of the stuff he had
  24. could be had for free through the usual channels, the quality was pretty
  25. poor.  i don't know if he's got any better in the intervening time, but i
  26. thought i'd make the comment anyway.  caveat emptor.
