- Q: are we assuming the authorities automatically are supposed to return
- evidence from whence it came (computers or not, I'm talking generically)
- or does the owner of the evidence have to make some sort of application
- after the case has been resolved? If the latter, has the sysop of Doug's
- Den gone in and filled out whatever paperwork may be required?
