  19. evidence from whence it came (computers or not, I'm talking generically)
  20. or does the owner of the evidence have to make some sort of application
  21. after the case has been resolved?  If the latter, has the sysop of Doug's
  22. Den gone in and filled out whatever paperwork may be required?
