- Point of Information: None of the mentioned groups are are subject to
- the raise in question.
- Of course, "sort of people" casts your net wide enough to haul
- in any catch you want. With the same logic, one could point to a
- police officer or fireman wounded or killed in the line of duty and
- say these are the "sort of people" getting a raise. Not germane in either
- case.
