  21. I was declared indigent by the court, based on the amount of my U.S. Army
  22. salary, and Mr. Arthur Atteridge, Esquire of Salinas California 
  23. was appointed by the court as my council. He has ignored requests to get 
  24. me a jury trial so I don't know what other recourse I have.
