- My children are 1/2 Filipino and 1/2 Italian. Both have the dark brown
- (almost black) hair, and dark brown eyes (there father has brown eyes and
- dark brown hair, too). The only hint of Asian in them is in their eyes
- when they are asleep -- no slant, but a little hint of something Asian.
- They both have the olive skin (tans beautifully). Many people couldn't
- guess their nationality.
-
- OTH, we have other friends with 1/2 Japanese and 1/2 Italian children.
- Their children have more of the Caucasian features -- light hair and fair
- skin, with the Japanese eyes.
-
- I guess Filipino genes are more dominant than Japanese genes when mixed
- with Italian genes?
