  11. Well, I can`t pretend that Melinda is a pretty averages
  12. sort of baby anymore.  She'll be 6 months old next week, 
  13. and this week she started to crawl.  Not roll or creep, 
  14. this is a full-fledged crawl!

  16. I dug out my baby development books & sure enough Melinda
  17. is *early*.  I showed the book to her & informed her, "See,
  18. you aren't supposed to be doing this yet.  It says so right
  19. here!  And, I'm not ready for this!!"   Didn't do me any
  20. good.  :) :)

  22. Sigh.  And my pediatrician kept saying that big babies
  23. (she's closing in on 19 lbs) might be slow to reach the
  24. physical milestones.  I had hoped we'd make it through
  25. Christmas.

  27. Ah well, I guess things are only starting to get exciting;
  28. she's definitely trying to pull-up on stuff. I guess she'll
  29. be an early walker too.  I just didn't expect such an 
  30. easy-going, good-natured, big baby to be this active.
