  11. Well, you can lead a child to bed, but you can't make him sleep.  At least,
  12. that has been my experience with BOTH children.  So we don't make them sleep.
  13. We do the bedtime routine and then go to bed.  If they'd prefer playing in 
  14. their rooms or watching TV or reading, they are free to do so.  The point for 
  15. us is that we are through being parents.  We are now "off work" so to speak.
