  11. Yes, try thrift stores in upscale neighborhoods.  The store I buy all my
  12. daughters clothes at (for $.89 to 3.59) has some "worn once" party dresses
  13. for $12-20.  I'm sure LA has some great finds.  Just check the yellow pages
  14. under childrens clothes, used.

  16. Girls clothes are super easy to get at thrift stores.  They usually get alot
  17. of pretty clothes that they grow out of quickly so the stuff is great.  My
  18. kids go to the free-play, expressive, get dirty type of preschool, so I 
  19. don't want to spend money or emotions on their clothes.
