  15. I had no episotomy with my first kid and don't expect one with my second. I
  16. kegalled religiously while pregnant. I also went through about 20min.

  18. to push before either I or the OB nurse realized that I didn't have to take
  19. a dump, but Zack had decided to head down the shoot. I did end up with 
  20. 2 stitches where his shoulders tore me. My mom was very upset that I had
  21. been
  22. "allowed to tear". I told her that a couple of stitches was better than
  23. 10 or 15. Besides, by the time I did tear, the doctor would have had to 
  24. take one of Zack's ears off to get the scalpal in. I'd rather have the 2
  25. stitches, thanks.
