- I had no episotomy with my first kid and don't expect one with my second. I
- kegalled religiously while pregnant. I also went through about 20min.

- to push before either I or the OB nurse realized that I didn't have to take
- a dump, but Zack had decided to head down the shoot. I did end up with
- 2 stitches where his shoulders tore me. My mom was very upset that I had
- been
- "allowed to tear". I told her that a couple of stitches was better than
- 10 or 15. Besides, by the time I did tear, the doctor would have had to
- take one of Zack's ears off to get the scalpal in. I'd rather have the 2
- stitches, thanks.
