  14. I'm a little behind in my misc.kids reading (about 1000
  15. postings behind, that is!), so I may have missed someone
  16. else posting the name of the author of "Wynken, Blynken,
  17. and Nod."  Please excuse me if you've heard it a gazillion
  18. times, but...

  20. The original author of the poem is Eugene Field.  I don't
  21. know who wrote the music.  (Field also wrote "The Duel,"
  22. otherwise known as "The Calico Cat and the Gingham Dog.")
