  14. I am an American engineer residing in Germany and planning to return to 
  15. the States by late January. I would like to refinance my 10.5% 
  16. mortgage on my currently rented house.
  17.  
  18. I have tried to call a few places ($$) and come up empty handed. Can
  19. someone recommend a mortgage broker that has license to practice in 
  20. the State of Washington? I had been working with the San Jose based 
  21. Touch Dream Financial Services (highly recommended BTW) for a little 
  22. while. It was too bad that they only had license to practice in CA.

  24. I believe the rate is going to creep up. Rather than waiting for my 
  25. return, I would like to start process now. Can you help me?
