  12. A friend of mine and I are thinking about buying a stock togther but we have
  13. some questions. He works at a financial service company which operates a 
  14. brokerage house and can get really cheap commissions, the only thing is that the
  15. purchase must be in his name. I don't mind if the stock is in his name but we are
  16. concerned about how taxation will occur if we follow this course.
