  33. In general, the option symbol = stock symbol + expiration code + striking code,
  34. where stock symbol has 3 characters.  Hence, for NYSE and AMEX's stocks,
  35. stock symbol is adopted.  However, for OTC stocks, stock symbol has 4 or 5
  36. characters.  Therefore, a specific underlying stock symbol is used in option
  37. symbol.  For example, Amergen's stock symbol is AMGN but ,for option symbol,
  38. AMQ will be used.
