- Would anyone out there have the mean percentage gain and standard deviation
- of the percentage gain for the S&P 500 for around the last twenty years as
- calculated on a weekly (or daily) basis? Alternatively, would you have the
- weekly closes for the past twenty years (or know where I can get them in soft-
- copy for cheap)? I'm working on a small statistical timing system for
- improving my dollar cost averaging results. Please respond via email as I
- don't often have a chance to read this list.
