- I remember seeing a discussion of aerobic exercise that talked about
- an extremly obese woman who was able get her heartrate into the target
- zone by doing toe raises. Would it also be defined as aerobic if you
- got your heart rate into the zone and then went into a sauna which
- could also keep your heart rate at that level ?
