- Everyone experiences a certain level of anxiety in their
- everyday lives. This "constant" level of anxiety is not likely
- to change. I consider myself maybe a little more anxious than
- the average person, and this level of anxiety is known to
- remain fairly constant throughout a persons life. Not that
- I'm a nervous wreck or anything! I do find that excercise
- and sex have the best effect when I do feel anxious. Hope
- this helps!
