- Hello out there!!!

- I recently started to work out, well about 2 years ago and
- I have bee working at it off and on. Usually because I keep
- losing lifting partners. Does anybody out there have a
- good work out plan for a single person. I mean I can get
- spots when I need them but I don't really know a good workout
- plan that has always been my partners job.

- I do know a lot of exercises, I just don't know which ones
- to string together.
